The collection, storage and use of health-related and drug-related data in order to provide that data to emergency rescue teams in emergencies.

I am aware that the company Aposafe saves my data to ​ their server(s), in particular, these are personal and health related information as well as details about my medication and allergies, as well as third-party data in the form of, for example, emergency contacts.

Aposafe presents this data in an emergency via a corresponding login to the appropriate emergency services via an "emergency button". Aposafe cannot guarantee the misuse of the emergency buttons by third parties, therefore I waive all claims against apowatch in case of misuse.

For statistical purposes, anonymous data may be exploited and released by apowatch, unless they do not include personal information.

I am aware that Iam able to dipose of my personal data exclusively and at any time and can view, modify or delete my personal data and I can decide myself what data can be changed, added or deleted.

As far as laws do not provide for a longer retention period, my data will be deleted 4 months after expiry of the period of use.

The acceptance is voluntarily and may be revoked by me at any time without giving reasons.

The adding of my personal data is my own duty. For accuracy and completeness, I take responsibility. I explicitly release Aposafe from the obligation to complete or verify the accuracy.
